On average the notices go out 1 or 2 times a week with news of what's coming up at the club and how you can be involved. Don't miss out.
Once you are a member it is also possible for you to send a message around the club members via the Group email system.
Messages are checked before they are sent around the Group to make sure they are suitable for everyone to read. Jokes and messages to individuals are best sent direct/off-list.
